The TGBN supports the uptake of rainwater tanks. Although we have high rainfall during the wet season, the dry season flows ratio is 10:1. Public infrastructure for water capture and storage is not adequate. The TGBN has produced a 'Guide for Retrofitting Rainwater Tanks in Cyclonic Area"s. See the document deposit area to get the guide.

Please find attached:
* IDAS Form A, Form B for new house and retrofit. Please find this attached The Form B needs the builders licence number.
* And if plumbing into a washing machine or toilet for a new house or retrofit: Plumbing and Drainage Application Compliance Assessment Form 1 and Proposed Plumbing & Drainage & On-Site Sewerage Work Form 2. Please find this attached. The Form 2 needs the plumbers licence number etc.
* Fees
Also required:
* 2 x Site plans (can be hand drawn) showing the location of the tanks.
* Tie down details certified by a Structural engineer plus the Form 15 issued with the drawing detail and signed by the engineer.
