Please find attached the Tropical Green Building Networks reponse to the BCA 2010 Regulatory Impact Statement submitted 30th October 2009.
Thermal Performance Simulation Software will be a Deemed to Satisfy solution to comply with the proposed 2010 edition of the Building Code of Australia – Volume 2. There is a concern amongst designers that naturally ventilated tropical designs found in Northern Australia may struggle to comply with the proposed building regulations. The response addresses this and other matters
