Water scarcity is now the greatest single threat to human health, the environment and the global food supply

The purpose of this paper and my research is to educate, advocate and convince decision makers and potential partners, and governments to provide funds and land for the creation of food production and greening of the world’s deserts, by the use of seawater agriculture.
Success will result in programs that will feed hundreds of millions of people whilst reducing global warming via carbon sequestration.
